I can’t pay with my bank card, why and what should I do?

Make sure that your bank card is active for paying for services on the Internet.

You can activate the card within a couple of minutes - just contact the call center of the bank in which the service is provided - the operator will activate the card in phone mode.

Make sure that the allowable balance of your card for online payment is not lower than the amount required by the order. In order to increase the limit of your card, contact the call center of your bank, the operator will increase the balance to the required amount at your discretion.

Make sure you have enough funds on your card to pay for the order.
