You can pay for the service only once! If money has been withdrawn from your account twice, it is a bank error. In this case, the money will be returned to your account automatically, since the order has already been paid for and there is no destination for the payment.
If the money has not returned to your card, be sure to contact the support service of the bank that issued your card, as well as the support service of iPay.ua.
