Where to Find Your Credit Agreement After It Is Signed

Where the Agreement Is Stored

If you are looking for your loan agreement, try these options:

  • MFO account — in the “My Loans”, “Documents”, or similarly named section.
  • Email inbox — lenders usually send the document to the email address provided during the application.
  • Loan passport — this document is provided together with the agreement and contains all key loan information (amount, rate, payment schedule, etc.).

A digital agreement does not have to be printed — it does not become “less official” simply because it was not signed on paper. Law No. 675-VIII (Art. 11) states that an electronic credit agreement has full legal force.

How to Download a Copy of the Credit Agreement

After signing, the agreement usually becomes available immediately in your account on the MFO website.

To download the document, you need to:

  1. Log in to your MFO account.
  2. Open the “Loans”, “Agreements”, or “Documents” section.
  3. Find the agreement you need.
  4. Click “Download” and save the PDF file to your phone or computer.

If you cannot find the electronic agreement yourself, contact the lender’s support team and ask for a copy or information on how to access it.

What to Do If the Agreement Is Lost

If you have lost access to the email with the document or misplaced the PDF file, this does not mean the agreement has ceased to exist. You can download a copy of the credit agreement from your account at any time or contact the MFO support team. The financial institution is required to provide the document upon your request.

Keep the agreement until the loan is repaid so you can monitor the calculations.

Why Keep the Agreement

You should keep the credit agreement so that you can check at any time:

  • How much you borrowed.
  • The date by which the loan must be repaid.
  • The interest rate applied.
  • The fees provided for.
  • When and how much you need to pay.
  • What happens if payment is overdue.

Law No. 1734-VIII (Art. 12) requires the agreement to specify all key information — the procedure for repaying the loan, paying interest, fees and other payments, as well as the number, amount and frequency of payments. The law also gives the consumer the right to receive information about the current amount of debt and payments made.

Final summary

Most often, the credit agreement and consumer loan passport are available in your account or in an email from the MFO. Check your email and account — if you cannot find the documents, contact the lender’s support team.
