Authority of the insurance intermediary under the contract
LLC “Universal Data Center” is a Subagent of the insurance agent LLC “YUINSHUR” (hereinafter also referred to as the Insurance Agent) on the basis of the Agency Agreement No. 2710 dated 27.10.2025 (hereinafter – the Agency Agreement), concluded between LLC “Universal Data Center” and LLC “YUINSHUR”, in the interests of the insurers with whom the Insurance Agent (LLC “YUINSHUR”) has concluded corresponding intermediary agreements. In accordance with the Agency Agreement, the Subagent has the following powers within the scope of activities related to the distribution of insurance products:
- advertising and/or conducting marketing, promotional, and other preparatory activities aimed at facilitating the conclusion of insurance contracts between Clients and the Insurer, including but not limited to providing information on insurance contract terms in accordance with the criteria and/or needs defined by the Clients, as well as performing comparative analysis based on client criteria;
- making offers for the conclusion of insurance contracts and performing other preparatory work related to entering into insurance contracts;
- Information regarding the provision of individual consultation and recommendations (proposals) to the client
- Individual consultations on the terms of the Insurer’s insurance product and recommendations (proposals) regarding an insurance product that best meets the requirements and needs of the policyholder (client) are not provided directly by the Subagent. The Subagent only publishes information and filters on its website to enable clients to choose an insurance product that best meets their requirements and needs.

Type of remuneration for concluding an insurance contract, procedure and conditions of its payment
The Subagent’s remuneration is paid by the Insurance Agent monthly and is calculated as a percentage of the paid insurance premiums under insurance contracts concluded through the Subagent.
The insurance contract is not offered under the following conditions:
- payment for the insurance intermediary’s service (remuneration for the sale is paid directly by the client);
- receiving remuneration for the sale from the insurer (the remuneration is included in the insurance premium);
- receiving any other type of remuneration (except receiving remuneration from the Insurance Agent as a percentage of the paid insurance premiums under contracts concluded through the Subagent), including economic benefits of any kind offered or provided in connection with the conclusion of the insurance contract;
- a combination of any types of remuneration.
Amount and method of payment for the services of the Insurance Intermediary directly by the client
The client does not pay for the Subagent’s services.

Mechanisms and methods for protecting the rights of consumers of financial services (including information on the possibility and procedure of out-of-court consideration of complaints by consumers of financial services, the insurer’s address at which client complaints are accepted)
Consumer appeals (including complaints) regarding financial services are reviewed and resolved by the Insurer within no more than one month from the date of receipt, and those that do not require additional examination are handled immediately, but no later than fifteen days from the date of receipt.
If it is impossible to resolve the issues raised in the appeal within one month, the authorized representative of the Insurer sets the necessary period for its review, and the person who submitted the appeal is notified. At the same time, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the appeal may not exceed forty-five days.
An appeal may be oral — via telephone communication through the Insurer’s or Insurance Agent’s contact center — or written, sent to the Insurer’s email or by postal service to its address. A complaint about the actions or decisions of the Insurer may also be submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine (via email at nbu@bank.gov.ua, using the special form at https://bank.gov.ua/ua/consumer-protection or by mail to: 01601, Kyiv, 9 Instytutska Street, tel.: 0 800 505 240).
Filing a complaint with the Insurer or the National Bank of Ukraine does not deprive the consumer of the right to apply to court in accordance with current legislation, and in case of disagreement with the decision on the complaint — directly to court.
